What does recording of decisions in ‘narrative form’, as stated under Para 7.2.2.2 of SS-1, mean?

The decisions of the Board shall be recorded in the form of Resolutions, where it is statutorily or otherwise required. In other cases, the decisions can be recorded in a narrative form.

For instance: If Board approves a project, the decision of the Board may be mentioned in the following manner:

“Project XYZ was approved by the Board after thorough discussion.”
