Macroeconomics means big-picture, which is concerned with how the overall economy works. It studies such things as employment, gross domestic product, and inflation—the stuff of news stories and government policy debates. Little-picture means microeconomics and is concerned with how supply and demand interact in individual markets for goods and services.
Now coming to your question when we study an individual car manufacturing firm (like Maruti), our study is micro analysis but if we study the entire car manufacturing sector then our study is macroeconomics.
