It depends, if you are selling general merchandises related to the WWE which are not copyrighted then you dont need any permission but if you want to sell the licensed products then yes please check the following link to know more -

I have a Site idea and the idea seems to be very good on paper. Trouble is that its in the grey area where it can be called lottery or gambling - although it is not.

The Law in India says that I can host public games if they do not involve money as prize. Otherwise, I can host it in closed group format. As in some particular set of people only and not public.

Can I host the site and start my startup in India, but serve other countries where there are no such laws?

Or do I need to host and register my company in another country?

I'm into vegetables wholesale B2B business in a market. Due to competition, I decided I should seek out to position my business near the selling place of my customers. Since I'm secluded here, there's no competition, but there's no customer footfall as well. Should I engage in better marketing activities or is my decision of seclusion wrong?

Hello, I have given a website designing work to a company.
The total project cost is INR 30,000 and it will be executed in 3 phases(10K for each phase). The first phase is completed, I have paid 10,000 + GST (18%) i.e. 1800 for this phase. Then, the company is asking for the whole GST amount although the project is not completed yet, only first phase is done. They are saying that they would need to pay the whole GST amount to Govt. in the beginning.
Moreover, still the invoice is not raised as the project is not completed.

I don’t have any idea about GST, but as per common sense I think they are bluffing. How could they would need to pay taxes for the amount which is not received at their bank account?
