How to handle a situation when your boss starts behaving unethically?

Imagine your self in a situation where in you are A level position in any organisation with good technical staff, abundant resources good reputation, reguired market share, ; what communication practise you will develop & implement to notify communication gaps to as successful organisation?

I would tell him right to his face that I am not accustomed to this kind of treatment and if it does not stop right away I will be speaking to your manager
