Can CSR be done in kind ? i.e. If a company is in the business of publications of books whether it can donate books for the purpose of CSR ?

If you want to setup a new company in india than you should select the name of the company which is not contain any prohibited word and as well as the name is not similar to any existing company. for checking the name avilability of the company you should visit at www.mca21.gov.in. under such site you have an option of name avilabilty. after clicking on such link you can check the name avilabilty.
