Can I use Inc. at the end of my business name, But my business is registered as LLP?

I am an Indian citizen and use my personal car in my business, can I deduct that from my business taxes as a tax deductible expense?

Basho is in all probability a sole proprietorship or a partnership firm. Incorporate as either of those and you can call yourself whatever you want (well almost).
If you incorporate as a Limited Company,you can't have "Inc." at the end of your company name. However,you can have it as a part of your name. And if I remember correctly, there are some authorised share capital requirements
