It's time again when Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra are both trending for their respective films, albeit not for any film together. Once-upon-a-time, media was abuzz with gossip of a roaring affair between the two, and how they've been inseparable like passionate lovers.

But now, past couple of years -- neither do we hear any rumour of their relationship, nor do we spot SRK and PC ever together. They are nowhere to be seen in a single frame - either at SRK's bash, or be it PC's recent birthday bash, any award ceremony....they are just miles apart.

Here are pics that proved they've been more than friends.....

When SRK kissed Priyanka Chopra on her cheek in full public view, and the people around were awestruck, wondering if all the gossip has some truth to it.

It was during the Filmfare Awards 2013 when Priyanka planted a neat kiss on SRK's cheek when the two were on the stage and Khan was anchoring. Though it was a comic act, it got many wondering as to 'What's going on?'

At one of the award ceremonies later, SRK kissed PC's hands out of chivalry, but then Gauri and many people from the film fraternity did not appreciate Khan's special gesture for his co-actress.

Of late, Pee Cee began to be spotted as SRK's arm candy at most of his public appearances, including his IPL matches too. While Gauri would be conspicuous by her absence, PC would be always seen with him - looking happier than ever.

There were even rumours of a midnight nikaah (since SRK's religion allows a man to be married more than once, without having to dismantle his first marriage) upon the request of PC's then ailing father. The media reports stated how Gauri and SRK's marriage was going through a rough patch owing to his closeness with PC, how Karan Johar and a majority of the film frateity almost boycotted Priyanka, tagging her as a home-breaker, et al.

Another picture of SRK and PC during one of the events after the release of their film Don 2. Their body language added much fuel to the ongoing fire of gossips by tabloids and magazines.

Their camarederie and onscreen chemistry came to an end soon, after all the stormy controversies regarding their affair, private midnight nikaah, differences with Gauri, etc.

But now, it's been years since we saw any photo (leave alone the warmth they used to share) of the two of them together -- at any event or a party or an awards ceremony or a concert tour.
