Daddy Yankee
Daddy Yankee is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, rapper, actor and record producer; he was named by CNN as the Most Influential Hispanic Artist of 2009, and by Time Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential in the World in 2006. The piece was also released, a few months after the original, in remix versions, one with Canadian singer Justin Bieber. The song was written by Luis Fonsi, Erika Ender and Daddy Yankee, and by July 2017 was the most streamed song with over 4.6 billion streams, and one of the best-selling Latin singles in the United States. Its raunchy, explicit lyrics led to its being banned from airing on government-owned broadcast stations in Malaysia.
