Tom Jones (1963)
The three women nominated for Best Supporting Actress in the British movie Tom Jones (1963) are Diane Cilento, Edith Evans, and Joyce Redman. They lost to Margaret Rutherford in The V.I.P.s (1963), but the movie had ten nominations and won Best Picture and Best Director.
