Elmo Lincoln
Elmo Lincoln starred in the title role of Tarzan of the Apes (1918), the first Tarzan film, and one of the first movies to earn more than $1 million at the box office. Technically, Gordon Griffith was the first Tarzan, as he starred in the film as a 10-year old Tarzan.
