There are many Hindi movies which were very successful at the box office and much loved by the audiences. Despite being the recipient of several awards, these movies leave us pondering how would it have been had they ended in a different manner. A small part of our heart yearns for a happier ending to these stories. There are several  films we wish had a different ending.

1.  Aashiqui 2

Aashiqui 2 is one of our favourite romantic movies but somehow we could not come to terms with Aditya committing suicide in the end. It would have been more justified as a romantic movie, had he won over his addiction to alcohol and married Shraddha.

2. Kai Po Che

Kai Po Che which marks a debut of Sushant Singh Rajput, is a story of three friends whose fates are interlinked. In the end, when Ishaan is shot by his friend Omkar, we wish the ending was different. Instead of Ishaan dying, may be they could have shown Omkar helping him save Ali and nurture him to be a cricketer.

3. Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela

Ram Leela was a brilliant movie but almost everybody wished the two leas characters could have lived and got married etc bringing the two different clans together.

4. Fanaa

Keeping real life apart, we, as Bollywood lovers, wished Kajol and Aamir Khan lived happily ever after rather than Aamir dying.

5. New York

In this movie, John and Maya both die leaving their son in the hands of Neil. It was he who caused them to die, so this sad ending could have been skipped.

6. Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam

Salman and Aishwarya love story is so intense but right in the climax scene they decide to end it and may Ajay Devgn get Ash but we preferred Salman over Ajay.

7. Paan Singh Tomar

Irfan Khan’s Paan Singh Tomar narrates the beautiful tale of a man who joins sports out of love for food and its unlimited supply, not knowing he is going to represent India, even going on to win medals. But fate has cruel plans in store for him as he is forced to turn into a dacoit. In the end, he and his gang members are killed by the cops. We wished the ending was different and Paan Singh Tomar was never killed.

8. Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu

Now what is the poor lad supposed to do? He’s had a disastrous date with a girl (played by Soniya Mehra) and is trying to work on his low self-esteem due to his unemployment and over-bearing father.

9. PK

A cute alien as Aamir Khan should have just stayed back on earth, for Anushka Sharma if not anything else.

5. Bipasha Basu

As a hot temptress who needs to murder her tycoon spouse, Bipasha Basu's abhorrent part in the motion picture Jism was doubtlessly the most-discussed.
