Hi,

Two things involved in water boiling, i.e pressure and temperature. eventually pressure decides the temperature level for boiling water. If pressure is high then we need high temperature to boil water, if pressure decreases then less temperature is enough to boil.so at everest pressure is less hence less temperature is enough to boil water.
