The birth of Tamil Language is unknown but one of the earliest texts is even dating back to 5000 BCE, which clearly speaks for itself. Tamil is the OLDEST LANGUAGE . Tamil is the oldest language now in use that is spoken by more than 65,000,000 people.

RECENT archaeological evidence suggests that Tamil spoken in the Indian sub-continent could have been the language used by the Indus civilisation and even the Sumerians.

References to rivers that dried up 10,000 years ago are seen in Tamil literature. In fact, there is a possibility that Tamil was the root of Sanskrit, in turn the root of all Indo European languages.
