Hydrogen is not a Noble gas. In order to be a nobel gas, a gas has to have a fully filled outermost shell.
For example - Helium's outer most shell is completely filled and its a noble gas.
Hydrogen - But Hydrogen (H) has the shell configuration of 1s^1.
