Is husband can be arrested at a time on fake dowry complaint?

My brother in-law warning me all the time that he will do arrest me on fake dowry complaint.
Now what can I do?
My wife hit me and she's destroyed my phone, laptop, tv, office files etc and always abusing to my family.

Police men should be listen both side first before arrest to husband.

Short answer is any fake allegation is a criminal offence, though I am not an expert in this area.
