Very generic question and no definite answer -
But if you practice following the following three rules then chances are good to lead a healthy lifestyle -
1. Yoga and Exercise - 30 Min a day
2. Balanced diet - more nature food less processed food, less meat and more vegetarian/vegan food, avoid food created by humans and consume more food created by god.
3. Hands full of work and mind free of work.
