Liver
The five largest organs in the human body, in order, are currently listed as: skin (largest), liver, brains, lungs, and heart. From 2018 there is debate over whether to consider the interstitium - the network of fluid-filled spaces surrounded by connective tissue which lies between the organs - as an organ in its own right. If it is accepted as an organ that would make it the largest, substantially larger even than the skin.
