Agrostology
Bryology is concerned with the study of bryophytes (mosses, liverworts, and hornworts). Palynology studies contemporary and fossil palynomorphs, including pollen, spores, orbicules, dinoflagellate cysts, acritarchs, chitinozoans and scolecodonts, and particulate organic matter (POM) and kerogen found in sedimentary rocks and sediments. Ethnobotany is the study of the relationships that exist between people and plants.
