Pacific Ocean
Vladivostok is the Russia's easternmost stop, and the terminal, on the Trans-Siberian railway. It is also Russia's largest Pacific Ocean port. Ports on the other alternatives in the question are: St Petersburg on the Baltic; Novorossiysk on the Black Sea; Murmansk on the Barents Sea in the Arctic Ocean.
