Dolichocephalic
In dolichocephaly the skull is long from front to back and narrow from ear to ear; in brachycephaly the back of the head is flat, and there is an abnormally wide, tall head shape; in plagiocephaly there is a flat area on the back or backside of the head; in scaphocephaly the skull is long from front to back and narrow from ear to ear (as in dolichocephaly but more pronounced and narrowed).
