International Computers and Tabulators (ICT)
The computer was the ICT 1301 together with its smaller form the ICT 1300. ICT developed it from their earlier computers which did use binary, although by the time ICT merged with another company in 1968 and became International Computers Limited (ICL) their computers were binary again. CDL was a subsidiary of ICT, formed to develop the ICT 1301.
