Sugar Ray Robinson
The Middleweight championship fight was against La Motta. Robinson won with a technical knockout in the 13th round in what became known as the St Valentine's Day Massacre. Robinson held the Middleweight title until mid-1952 when he gave it up. He returned in 1955 and won the title for a second time. He went on to lose it and regain it three more times before finally losing it in 1959.
