Ethiopia
The Tigray Region is the homeland of the Tigrayan, Irob and Kunama peoples. Beginning in 2020, the Ethiopian government, with intervention from Eritrean forces, and the Tigray People's Liberation Front started prolonged armed conflict. The Ethiopian and Eritrean governments were accused of ethnic cleansing of the Tigrayan people, and all sides were accused of war crimes.
