Wife-carrying
Fireman's carrying is over the shoulder, Estonian-style is where the wife hangs upside-down with her legs around the husband's shoulders from behind, holding onto his waist. In the Finland Championships, currently attracting entries from 47 countries, competitors must wade through a neck-deep pool of water, climb over hurdles, and run through pits of sand before crossing the finish line. The prize is the wife's weight in beer.
