Mr. Lalit Modi was IPL commissioner of the Indian Premier League (and the Chairman of the Champions League) between 2008 and 2010 who is also rated as one of the biggest innovation of the India in this century.

He was found guilty of misconduct and indiscipline which resulted of his removal and lifetime ban by the BCCI.
