The Isle of Man
There are three full-time judges on the Isle of Man known as Deemsters, one of whom is the Chief Judge of the island's High Court of Justice who, in the absence of the Governor, acts as Deputy Governor. The Deemsters also promulgate the Laws on Tynwald Day by reading out brief summaries of them in English and Manx.
