Ayodhya is a religious place for the people of Hindu religion. It is one of the famous ancient city and is famous as birth place of Lord Ram as per the Ramayana.

Geographically Ayodhya comes under district of Faizabad and Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Ayodhya is more famous now a days for the dispute for Babri Mosque and Ram Janmabhoomi temple between Muslims and Hindus.
