Floppy Disk is obsolete Data storage System which used to come in the following sizes -

1) 8-inch (200 mm) media - Capacity of the family of 8-inch disks and drives increased over time and later versions could store up to 1.2 MB.

2) 5¼-inch (133 mm) - Used to come in two configuration i.e. 80‑track high-density 1.2 MB and 40‑track double-density 360 KB.

3) 3½-inch (90 mm) sizes - Later version used to come in high-density (HD) 1.44 MB format.
