I have so many friends who are working in different companies . Few of them are working in India based company and few are in US based . Why does Indian based company contribute less in PF ? Is it government policy or individual company has its own policy ?
PF policy is same irrespective of companies. 12 % of basic should be contributed by the employee and the same should be from employer. Employee also has the option for more contribution up-to the max of 24% of basic.
I saw two types of ATM machines. One machine take/hold the card until all the transaction gets completed. Another machine just read the card and ask for your ATM pin , after that you can do ATM transaction. Is there any specific reason for that ?
