2. Access to Afganisthan and Safety of Indian Investment in Afganistan (as of now it is dependent on Pakistan).
3. A counter to Chineese presence in Gwadar, Chabahar is just 100 Miles west. Though Indian scale of Investment can not be compared to Chineese in Gwadar.
4. Co-operations from other countries i.e. Japan etc in the investment in Charbaar.
5. A break to the string of pearls from China.
