How many times in a day minute needle and hour needle of a clock comes in a straight line?

On a regular 12-hour digital clock how many times would the same three digits in a row be displayed (e.g. 1:11,11:12,12:22) in one day?

All the answer provided till now are wrong. We missed one point that minute and hour needle meet two time in 1Hr 5 Min (not in one hour). Remember if we start from 12, thxt meet of needle would be at 12:32 and next would be at 1:05.

So in 12 hours both the needle will meet at 11*2 = 22 times or in 24 Hours its 44 Times

1st when tey overlap on each other and second when they stand opposite to each other.
So in 24 hrs they comes 48 times in a straight line
