If one dice is rolled on twice then what is probability of event, the sum is 10 or 11?

A fan will fall or not fall there is two outcome of the event then does it mean fan falling probability is .5 ? If so then 50% fan should fall, whats wrong with the argument?

Instances in favour of the given events are (4,6) , (5,5), (5,6), (6,4), (6,5) ie., 5 favourable events out of 36 possible events.
So the probability is 5/36.
