Clue B says that 2, 4 and 9 are not used.
That means that according to clue C 0 and 3 are used (as 9 is not used).
Clue E tells us that 7 and 8 are not used (as 3 is used).
Clue A tells us that the last digit is 1 (as 8 and 9 are not used)
Going back to clue C tells us that the middle digit is 0 and the first digit is 3.
Clue D is not needed.
