Neel purchased 5 green, 3 red and 9 yellow colored sachets and used up all his money while Rajat purchased 6 green, 6 red and 18 yellow colored sachets and paid 60% more than what Neel paid.
What percentage of the Neel's money was spent on purchasing green colour?
