Their are 10 prisoners in a jail, jailor put the following condition to release -

  • All prisoner stand in a queue in ascending order of your heights(smallest first).
  • They will not be allowed to turn their head(they have to look straight)
  • Jailer will put one hat on their head, either BLACK or WHITE in color.
  • Everyone has to tell the color of his hat starting from the tallest prisoner, they can only say BLACK or WHITE (jailer will tell instantly if it is correct answer or not).

All will be released, if and only if at least 9 of the prisoner guess their hat’s color correctly.

People step all over me but I stand firm.
People know how to push my buttons and I just help them get to where they're going.
I often listen to music, both uplifting and down to earth.
I don't like to be crowded.
I have my ups and downs, but I'll always open my doors to you.
Who, or what am I?

7 dogs were boarding at the local Pet Lodge. Each dog was in a separate run, all in a single row. One of the employees left the cages unlocked and the dogs have all gotten out of their runs. She needs to put each of them back in the right cage, but this is all she remembers. Help her get them in the right cages, and QUICK!

Dogs: Beau, Duke, Fluffy, Lady, Princess, Rover, and Spike

  1. Spike doesn't like other dogs much, so he was on one of the ends.

  2. Princess was somewhere to the left of Beau.

  3. Rover was in the third run from the right.

  4. The only dog between Fluffy and Lady was Princess.

  5. Duke was directly to the left of Lady.

Five friends decided to take their families on a vacation. One night, while the wives and children slept, they snuck down to the hotel bar to reminisce. After many drinks they returned to their rooms, each forgetting something at the bar in the process. The bartender decided to bring the items back to the friends.
Help the bartender figure out who the items belong to and where to take them.

Note that odd rooms are on one side of the hall and even rooms are on the other.

1) Each man had a stumble or two getting to their room, but the one man whose full name is type of liquor had trouble seeing and stumbled a bit more then the rest.

2) Either Johnnie's room conjoined with another's, or Mr. Beam lost his phone.

3) The men whose rooms conjoined one of the others are; the one who lost his glasses, Mr.Goose, the man in 215, and Jose.

4) The men entered the stairwell together, but the one who forgot his jacket climbed one flight alone.

5) The man who left his phone could hear Jack's wife on the other side of the wall watching tv.

6) Jose's wallet was the first thing to be returned, later the hat was returned to 215, but, due to location, Mr.Daniels was the last person to receive his lost item.

7) The man in 216 either lost his wallet or is Mr.Quervo.

8) Jim's, Jack's, and Grey's room each ended in an odd number.

9) Mr. Walker was in 218.

General Custer is surrounded by Indians and he's the only cowboy left.

He finds an old lamp in front of him and rubs it. Out pops a genie. The genie grants Custer one wish, with a catch. He says, "Whatever you wish for, each Indian will get two of the same thing."
Custer ponders a while and thinks:"If I get a bow and arrow they get two. If I get a rifle they get two!" He then rubs the bottle again and out pops the genie. "Well," the genie asks "have you made up your mind?"

What did Custer ask for to help him get away?
