Some estimates of the crowd at the first Wembley FA Cup Final in 1923 put it at well over 200,000 with 45,000 outside. The 1950 World Cup Final between Brazil and Uruguay at the Maracana had an official attendance of 173k but it's estimated it was actually 210,000.
