Virender Sehwag holds the record for Least number of balls to score 1,000 and 2,000 runs in IPL. Sehwag completed his 1,000th IPL run in just 604 balls and scored his 2,000th IPL run in 1,211 balls. Both these are respective records for least number of balls played to score 1,000 and 2,000 runs in IPL.
