Jeļena Ostapenko
Jeļena Ostapenko, also known as Aļona Ostapenko, is a Latvian professional tennis player. On 9 October 2017, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 7 in the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), and she peaked at world number 32 in the WTA doubles rankings on 19 June 2017.
At the 2017 French Open, Ostapenko became the first player from Latvia to win a Grand Slam tournament, and the first unseeded player to win the French Open since 1933.
