Iceland has announced a diplomatic boycott of the 2018 Football World Cup in Russia.
With this Iceland became the second nation after England by announcing a diplomatic boycott of the World Cup.
This is for the first time, Iceland, will compete in the FIFA World Cup.

• Qatar will host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
