How do I install rpmfusion packages in Fedora 23 beta?

Just for kicks, I decided to play a bit with Fedora 23 beta. Yes, I know it's not supposed to work like a production distro, but I thought it would be fun to poke around on it a little. I sorta need to install a couple of packages from rpmfusion, though. Unfortunately, they don't have a Fedora 23 setup out yet.

I tried to install the Fedora 22 repositories, but it didn't work.

I get the error:
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rpmfusion-free' from 'http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-23&arch=x86_64':
Cannot prepare internal mirrorlist: No URLs in mirrorlist, disabling.

So, how would I go about, say, installing mplayer in Fedora 23 beta?

I have just upgraded to 23 from 22 in a virtual machine using dnf as described in the Fedora Wiki, which went rather smoothly for me.

After manually installing the Guest Additions, the features "seemless windows" and "automatic resize of the guest desktop" don't work (the respective options in the views menu are greyed out).

The VBox kernel modules are built ok, but I get a warning saying: "unsupported pre-release version of X.Org server installed. Not
installing the X.Org drivers."

The X log says that there is X.Org X Server 1.17.99.902 installed, which is a pre-release. I guess downgrading might cure the problem, but how?

Any advice?

I have just installed virt-manager in Fedora 19. I have looked into the /etc/init.d directory but I can't find any init scripts for libvirt.

Is libvirt using systemd, and if so, how do I start it?
