Analyse product/business requirements and translate it into well-designed and documented software components based on technical knowledge on RoR technologies
Software Product Development - Design, develop and test (Unit, Integration and System) software product
Technical documentation
Design and code reviews
Application setup and automated deployment
Actively participate in discussion with customers product management & technical teams
Understand frameworks, technologies and standards for development and implementation of software products
Exhibit and establish a culture of quality software development.
Participate in SCRUM calls with customers, seek clarifications on requirements where necessary
Work with technical/project leads to plan sprints with proper prioritization and estimates
