Job Description:
Investigate and resolve customer/client inquiries relating to the issues in the billing software on daily basis.
Successfully understand client issues, conduct any necessary technical research (code review, database queries, traces, debug, etc)
Diagnose and resolve technical software issues by checking with Tech-Lead and other members.
Provide an effective and efficient client response service.
Responsible to take timely backups and work closely with the production team.
Liaison between the testing /development /client leads for providing support in project deployment.
Responsible for analysing technical and functional issues and then escalating/communicating appropriately with other internal teams.
Potential to provide technical assistance during new installations on-site.
Takes ownership and responsibility of cases while escalating whenever appropriate and follow up till closure of issues
