How do I upgrade to kernel 4.4.2 in f23 64bit?

The latest released kernel for F23 is 4.3.5-300. If you want to run 4.4.2, you'll need to enable the rawhide repo and install it from there.

I currently have a hadoop 2.0 cluster in production, I want to upgrade to latest release.
current version: hadoop version Hadoop 2.0.0-cdh4.6.0

Cluster has the following services:
hbase hive hue impala mapreduce oozie sqoop zookeeper

Can someone point me to how to upgrade hadoop from 2.0 to hadoop 2.4.0?

I am running subversion 1.4.2 server with apache 2.2.14 on Linux machine. Now I want to upgrade to subversion 1.8.8 with apache 2.2.25 . Please guide me how to upgrade?

I have an issue to update the git on Mac. I am trying to use this command line to update my git to 2.0.3.

git clone https://github.com/git/git

I currently have git 1.8.4, and I have no idea to remove the older version either. Please help me.

After upgrading from Fedora 24 to Fedora 25 I found I couldn't login to my home directory. What I could do was login as root.
Has anybody had this same problem?
