Is LCN Diameter Carrier Grade?

There are many diameter stack vendor, want to know about the performance and reliability of LCN diameter stack so thought this would be a good site to ask.

LCN Diameter has been running on some of the biggest mobile networks in India, as a part of OEM solutions. There are installations in other continents too, though on smaller networks.
