In LTE, A UE can receive data from eNodeB per millisecond basis. LTE radio frame is 10ms long. 1 radio frame has 10 sub frames and each sub frame has 2 time slots(0.5 ms per slot). when Ue gets connected to eNB. eNB can scheduled a UE on per sub frame(1ms) basis. As we know after cell synchronization, UE can read isub frame data. one sub frame has PDCCH and PDSCH channels . PDCCH carries control information, which tell to UE, where to look for the Data on PDSCH channel and how to decode the data.
