We consider the SGSN CDRs of Visited Network to generate the TAPOUT for GPRS ( 3G).
In case of LTE Roaming, which nodes CDRs are required and if multiple nodes CDRs are requires then do it requires the correlation as well.
Which use case results to have reserved cells within the MBSFN Area ? Is it dynamically possible to make a cell refrain from MBMS service without restarting ? Which node or component of the network does it ?

Cell X - Band1 - PCI 22 Cell X - Band2 - PCI 22
Case B - It consume more signalling load:
Cell X - Band1 - PCI 22 Cell X - Band2 - PCI 222
