First question "How to know the number of supported transmit antennas at the eNodeB ?" and what the significance this information makes for an UE ?
This information is sent in Master information block along with bandwidth, system frame number and phich
In the handover required message, there is an IE target TAI. How source eNodeB came to know TAI of target eNodeB ? Is it configurable parameter or UE report as part of handover or something else.
Does UE inform to eNodeB in any RRC message ? Or eNodeB itself has static configuration ?
N numbers of UEs can be scheduled at a particular TTI. So How does an UE get to know its own DCI ?
I came to know total six subframes of a radio frame can be used for MBSFN transmission. How UE come to know about exact number of sub frames that are being used in a radio frame ? Does the eNodeB send this information to UE or UE itself figure out ?
