Cell word is close to radio terminology while eNodeB is a network node which provides radio access to UE to connect to network.
eNodeB is also known as one of the LTE network nodes. An eNodeB can support multiple cell(s) but a cell can't be part of multiple eNodeBs.

Hi, so in this case .. can we say a cell is coverage are ... based on type of eNodeB (femto,pico ...etc), eNodeB can serve mutiple wide coverage or low coverage ...

I would like to know the releationship between eNodeB, Cell and Sectors in LTE.

And if we have 2 cells running under same eNodeB, will both cells have different antennas ?

When an UE moves from one cell to another cell of same eNodeB then what are all messages exchanged between UE and eNodeB as per specification ? Here I have assumed macro eNodeB.
