If I understood your question and what I know through specification, SGW sends downlink data notification (DDN) to MME with a ARP for the bearer bearer Id data is received. MME priorities paging messages based on received ARP. I think due to this prioritization of paging based on ARP value, DDN reduces at SGW. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
GTP tunnel id is a 32-bit long value over one IP address combination. Suppose there are two nodes A and B which has IP addresses X and Y respectively. Is it possible when first GTP tunnel id range gets exhausted then both the nodes starts using different IP address combination and again GTP tunnel id range can be re-used ? If it is impossible then what could be the reason ?
Bearer split works if same SGW serving MeNB and SeNB. But if two different SGW is serving then is it possible to have bearer split?
