what is meaning of "codeword" which is mentioned in many LTE specs?

So is their any default parameters value for DRB for RLC AM mode in LTE for UL & DL?

It is related to the input bitstream of Coding block Modulation in the PHY layer and the bitstream in the Application layer that form the output sent to the Presentation layer.
